Mental Health Foundation

A good site for information on mental health and wellbeing. Has podcasts on dealing with anxiety, stress, relaxation.



The United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy provides information on different types of therapies, and how therapy can help. It is a membership organisation for psychotherapists in the UK and is my psychotherapy registering body. I work to their ethics and standards.

The national mental health charity has lots of good information on mental health, depression and anxiety.



National charity devoted to raising awareness of mental health and improving quality of life for people with mental illnesses. Lots of downloadable factsheets on mental health including anxiety and depression.
