Mental Health Foundation

A good site for information on mental health and wellbeing. Has podcasts on dealing with anxiety, stress, relaxation.

UKCP

The United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy provides information on different types of therapies, and how therapy can help. It is a membership organisation for psychotherapists in the UK and is my psychotherapy registering body. I work to their ethics and standards.
